Guiding Nurse Training Program Organized

Bartın University Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing organized a Guiding Nurse Training Program on 05 October 2023. Six volunteer nurses working in Bartın State Hospital attended the training. After the program was introduced by Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ayfer BAYINDIR ÇEVİK, Lecturer Ebru CİRBAN EKREM talked about "Guiding Nursing", Lecturer Merve KIRŞAN BÜYÜKTARAKÇI "Clinical/Field Teaching", Asst. Prof. Dr. Aylin KURT on "Learning Styles", Lecturer Eda KES on "Leadership and Conflict Resolution", Ress. Asst. Ayşe DEMİRDEN on "Communication" and Assoc. Prof. Dr. Hilal UYSAL on "Evaluation of Clinical/Field Practices". At the end of the training program, it was determined that the satisfaction of the participants was 90%.
