G*Power (Power) Analysis Event Held at Our Faculty
An online event titled “GPower (Power) Analysis)”*, organized by the Faculty of Health Sciences and moderated by Prof. Dr. Ayfer BAYINDIR ÇEVİK, was held on October 22, 2025, at 8:00 p.m. with high participation. Prof. Dr. Oktay Bektaş, an expert in the field, attended the event as the guest speaker.
During the event, topics such as determining sample size in research, the concept of statistical power analysis, and the practical steps of using the GPower software were explained in detail. Prof. Dr. Oktay Bektaş presented examples on the effective use of the GPower software and sample size calculation through case studies.
The event, which attracted significant interest from a total of 116 participants, concluded with Prof. Dr. Oktay Bektaş answering questions posed by the attendees.
