An online event titled “Selecting Appropriate Journals for Scientific Manuscripts”, organized by the Faculty of Health Sciences at Bartın University with the aim of enhancing the scientific research competencies of academic staff, was successfully held on April 15, 2026.

Asst. Prof. Dr. Duygu Özer, a faculty member of the Department of Psychiatric Nursing, participated in the event as the invited speaker. The session addressed the importance of selecting appropriate journals for scientific publications, key considerations in the publication process, and practical strategies to guide researchers. The event provided participants with the opportunity to gain up-to-date insights into the academic publishing process.
