Bartın University (BARÜ) Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, organized a training event on "Protocol Recording in Experimental Studies (Clinical Trial)" to contribute to strengthening quality, transparency, and ethical standards in scientific research.

The training, held online on June 19, 2026, featured Dr. Aylin Kurt, a faculty member from the BARÜ Faculty of Health Sciences, Department of Nursing, as the speaker. The program, attended by academics, graduate students, and researchers, addressed the importance and application processes of protocol recording in clinical research.

The event covered the contributions of registering clinical research in national and international registration systems to transparency in scientific research, ethical responsibilities, the reliability of research results, and their importance in publication processes. Furthermore, the points that researchers should pay attention to in protocol recording processes were evaluated through example applications. It was emphasized that registering clinical research is an important requirement for protecting scientific integrity and increasing the visibility of research results. Participants had the opportunity to receive information on topics they were curious about during the question-and-answer session at the end of the event.

The event, which attracted considerable interest, was successfully completed, contributing to increased knowledge and awareness among researchers regarding clinical trial processes.
