Applicants who are eligible for main registration may complete their registration either by applying in person at the addresses specified in Table 1 with their petition and all required documents prepared in full, or by sending their documents via post or e-mail.
In case the documents are sent by post or e-mail, the registration process will still be carried out. However, students are responsible for any delays that may occur during postal delivery.
